Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8 Professional, and Fireworks 8: Macromedia Studio 8 Released

Macromedia just released Macromedia Studio 8. Macromedia Studio 8 includes new versions of Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Contribute, and FlashPaper.

Studio 8 features tighter integration between Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8 Professional, and Fireworks 8, plus improved links to databases and other Web resources.

Contribute 3 and PlashPaper 2 are now part of Macromedia Studio 8, but Macrodedia's Freehand drawing program is no longer part of Studio. Contribute 3 is used for updating site content and FlashPaper 2 is useful for converting files to Flash or PDF.

Macromedia Studio 8 also features new CSS enhancements and visual authoring tools for XML, plus new tools for authoring and testing mobile content.
