Link directory submission is a fast way to get hundreds or even thousands of high quality one-way links to your website.  And links from directory submission sites are exactly the kind of links the search engines are looking for. Websites with more quality, one-way links are typically the sites that rank the highest, period.

But how do you get them?  Well, you could pay someone to create them for you.  Or you could spend days or weeks searching Google for keywords like "directory add a link" or "directories add url," to find directories that you could submit your link to.

But wouldn't it be nice to have a directory submission tool that would submit your link for you to hundreds or thousands of directories?

It turns out there are several directory submission tools on the market. The best and easiest to use is a new program created by Brad Callen, Directory Submitter.

You may know Brad from his extremely popular tools SEO Elite or Keyword Elite.  His tools are always high quality, well-respected, and incredibly useful.

Directory Submitter is Brad's newest release.  It comes in two versions, a free version that allows you to submit to about 350 directories or a Gold version that allows you add your URL to around 1700 directories.

It is the most straightforward program that I've come across for doing free directories submission.  All you need to do is:

1. Input your website details (i.e. title, description, URL, etc.) into the software. (You can have multiple campaigns for different websites, also.)

2. Click on the directory you want to submit to from the list.

And the program will automatically fill in your website details. Then you simply choose a category and click the submit button to add a link to the directory.  Then continue on to the next directory and keep working your way through the list.  By the time you're finished you'll have up to 1700 or more one way links pointing to your website!

I can't think of an easier way to get links.

Of course, if you're going to get links this quickly, it's important to vary your website title (anchor text) every 20-30 links or so, to make things look more natural to the search engines. You can do this very easily via Directory Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.
