Advertising - Internet Marketing - Top 50 Advertisers in May 2005

Ever wonder who spends the most in advertising / Internet marketing?  Ever wonder how much they spend per month?  ClickZ has a list of the top 50 companies by marketing expenditure for May 2005.

Vonage was #1, with over $30,187,000 in monthly advertising / Internet marketing costs.  Vonage sells Voice over IP telephone service.

LowerMyBills.com came in second, with a paltry $20,337,000.  I guess it's a good sign for the economy that people must currently value spending money on cool new technology over getting out of debt, though!

Some of the names on the list are ones you would expect.  Some I've never heard of.  It's worth checking out.
